Introduction Poly(chloro-p-xylylene)(PC),which prepared by chemical vapor deposition(CVD), is a semi-crystalline surface coating material, and has excellent properties, such as mechanical, electrical insulation, vapor barrier, moisture proof protect.Currentlyithas been widely applied in semiconductor, microelectronics devices, sensors and other fields.[1]However, due to low surface energy PC film, poor wettability, other functional coatings difficult firmly attached on the surface, thus affecting the coating application.
Experimental Section Materials.
Contact angle of the sample surface to characterize the size of the surface wettability,The smaller the contact angle of water droplet in the sample surface, the more hydrophilic the surface of the material, then the better the wettability, otherwise, the worse wettability of the sample surface.

Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs), as one of the conducting carbon materials, have generated extensive research interest, because of their excellent properties of high electrical conductivity, high surface area, and high mesoporosity have been used in composite materials to improve electrical properties while reinforcing the mechanical performance of the composites [10,11].
The materials in these are semiconductors with narrow band gaps.
Chemicals Materials The material that used were functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes (COOH -MWCNT) which have assay 95%, length of 50 (mm), outer diameter of 8-15 (nm), inner diameter of 3-5 (nm), COOH content: 2.56 wt% from NANOCYL S.A., Belgium.
This is may be attributed to heat that generated by thermal fluctuations in conducting materials from the random motion of electrons in a conductor.

As the commercial intercourse and technical cooperation between Chinese enterprises and overseas enterprises have grown with each passing day, the Chinese enterprises often can’t accurately judge the overseas enterprises’ strength and credibility, only depending on the materials and oral talks providing by them.
