Abstract: The influence of different negative current density on oxidation film thickness and dense layer thickness was studied.
MAO film appear weight increase is due to the material of steel balls moved to sample in the wear experiment .for the dense layer have less gap than surface layer of the MAO film, the material of friction pair transfer less ,so it is weight gain smaller.
