Introduction
When light illuminates on the surface of some material, the electrons which have obtained enough energy will escape from the material interior.
It is very strict to select the glass bond with GaAs epitaxial material, as strict as possible to make its expansion coefficient closed to the GaAs epitaxial material.
It is composed of GaAs/GaAlAs semiconductor epitaxy material and 7056 glass window.

Introduction
Carbon/carbon (C/C) composites possessing excellent properties such as low density, high specific strength, high thermal conductivity, resistance to thermal shock and ablation are considered as one of the most promising materials for high temperature applications.
Table 1 shows the density and bending property of the material before and after modification.
The reinforcement mode of the material modified with ZrO2 changed from single fiber reinforcement to particle and fiber compound reinforcement, improving material bending property significantly.
