AMB system usually using eddy current sensors, inductive sensors, capacitive sensors, photoelectric sensors and laser sensors as displacement sensors [2].The AMB sensors generally used eddy current sensor, but the output signal of sensor includes the rotor position signal, and also includes a surface roughness of the rotor, changes in the rotor material.
