The basic principle of fiber reinforced expansive soil is similar to reinforced soil , In other words, bite force which come from the fiber and the soil particles bite force effectively restrain the deformation of soil to make the physical and mechanical properties of expansive soil improved[2] .Reinforced materials which can control the deformation of soil laterally are mostly ribs at horizontal filled in the reinforced soil, fiber in the soil are randomly distributed in the soil[3] ,which can effectively limit the lateral deformation and effectively restrict the vertical deformation of soil [4-6].
Test Materials and Solutions The main properties of expansive soil come from Nanyang road which are shown in Table 1.

Study on the present situation of wind heat environment in Jiefangbei commercial Pedestrian Street 3.1 Modeling and parameter setting Fig. 1:The construction of ENVI - MET model Based on the size of Jiefangbei commercial Pedestrian Street, the location and height of surrounding buildings and other information, this paper carries on CFD analysis grating and analysis model in ENVI-met according to the actual distribution of green plants and surface material properties in Jiefangbei commercial Pedestrian Street (Fig.1).
(3) Paving material and vegetation distribution have a significant impact on outdoor thermal comfort, the simulation results show: as it adopts too much non permeable hard materials paving, it results in the outdoor thermal comfort get serious worse, the difference of PMV values between hard paving area with poor penetration and natural soil surface area with well penetration is up to 2.0.

The glass/epoxy (cross-ply) and the aramid/epoxy (woven) are widely used as fiber reinforced composite materials for A.F.O.
There was some limitation to evaluate the absorbed impact energy just using the results of Fig. 4, which showed the completely different damage behaviors of two test materials.
When the aramid/epoxy and the glass/epoxy were applied to the leaf spring materials of A.F.O, the glass/epoxy of the cross-ply was adequate for the parts subject to the great impact loading.
