The main contributor is represented by raw materials, accounting for up to 97% of total impacts (i.e. 93.937 kg CO2 eq).
For graphical clarity, the production of raw materials is not reported in Figure 2.

The Resin Coated Sand consists of four raw materials as follows: sand, phenolic resin, hexamine solution, and calcium stearate.

Before the meshing, the element type needs to be added, and the real numbers and the constants need to assignment, also the elasticity modulus, Poisson ratio and density of the material need to assign.
If the entity element is used, it need to be meshed dense enough to compensate for the lack of accuracy, so it had better choose shell element. 2) The material is brass, and Young's elasticity modulus is 1.06E5MPa, Poisson's ratio is 0.324, density is 8.5E-9Ton/mm^3.

Earliest, PCF is drawn from quartz material, as the level improving, the richness of the preparation process and the extension of the research needs, the production materials of PCF is increasingly diverse.
In which, the produced PCF of sulfide, polymers, plastic, SF57, SF6 and other glass materials, tellurite glass, aluminosilicate glass and other materials in the infrared band applications has been reported,[4] a wide variety of materials made the working wavelength of the PCF extended from ultraviolet to near 10μm.

Enzymatic Saccharification of Cellulose Pretreated from Lignocellulosic Biomass: Status and Prospect

We can see that almost all of the enzymatic fermentation experiments are related to the pre-treatment of raw materials.
In order to solve these problems, some effective methods have emerged. (1) Maximizing dry matter levels: Removing non-cellulosic materials by some type of pretreatment for increasing cellulose content in the raw materials [8,9] ; (2) By fed-batch mode to address the agitation problem of high viscosity at high solids loadings [13,14]; (3) Designing novel biological reactors to achieve efficient bioconversion of lignocellulosic biomass to ethanol [14,15].

Abstract: Three types of TiAl-Nb ternary alloys are obtained by arc-melting and heat treatment, which are γ-TiAl single phase, γ-TiAl + α2-Ti3Al duplex phase and γ-TiAl +α2-Ti3Al +Nb2Al multiple phase alloy.
Materials and methods The main purpose of the composition design was to prepare the Ti-Al-Nb ternary alloys with single-phase, two-phase and multi-phase microstructure according to Ti-Al-Nb ternary phase diagram.
It can be concluded that the composition of melted materials is the same as that of preparation.
