Perloff and Baladi hypothesis assumed embankment and foundation as a continuous whole, composed by the isotropic linear elastic materials, embankment long enough, calculated as a plane strain problem, the analytical solution of the problem was obtained[1].

The Urgency of Improving the Fault Diagnosis Technology With the aggrandizement scale of Modern science and technology such as aerospace industry, nuclear industry, civilian industry and so on, its automatism degree keep continuous improving and its automation level keep improving at the same time.
Moreover, these vibrations in the state are related to the bearing characteristic and the real cause of these vibrations often is related to those factors (such as material, structure, assembling, fabricating and improper operation).
It helps the maintenance staff to find out the reference material they need from vast literature, these reference material include maintenance regulation, maintenance theory, maintenance case, various machine parameters, drawing and a variety of magazines and journals about maintenance.

Theory of Over-temperature Detecting for Isolators The polymer label is a new-type temperature-indicating label which contains acid material and alkali material packed by a kind of polymer with spray-drying technology.
The label has fixed melting point and would release CO2 gas when it melte .Under the regular situation, the temperature of isolator in a 10KV high voltage switchgear is about 55℃ within 24h, therefore the melting temperature of the label is fixed at 65℃.The acid material and alkali material would react and release CO2 gas when the polymer melts.
