For tranditional mixing technique , the cathode electrode activated materials were mixde according to a certain order : PVDFwas solved in NMP , conductive agents was added and finally LiFePO4 materials was added. In this paper , an new solild mixing process is introduced : LiFePO4 materials and conductive agents is mixed at first , then the NMP is added and agitated , the conductive agent and LiFePO4 materials is scattered completely before adding the PVDF for lower viscosity of the pure NMP , then the PVDF is added slowly .Meanwhile , the agitating process is conducted to prevent agglomeration of conductive agents while the viscosity increases slowly.

Introduction For modern instrument-making production it is important to have a technology of dense and reliable connection of parts from various materials to each other.
Thus, for the connection of various nonmetallic and metallic parts, a technology based on low-melting glass-solder materials is proposed [1-2].
In addition, for the units and the solder materials, the values of temperature coefficient of linear expansion (TCLE) must be close as well [14-17].

Corrosion Condition
The field study on the eroded concrete buildings in JRD and GID showed that white crystal materials appeared on the concrete structures surface and caused surface scaling and lower intensity.
At the second stage, the amount of expansion materials generate great expansion stress, destroy the pore structure and expand the small cracks.
The CM anti-Corrosion Composite Material was developed by Chinese Academy of Sciences, which is mainly used to improve the intensity of concrete.
