Research on Experiment and Technique of Material Identification for Debris of Engineering Equipment based on Computer Vision Qunzhang Tu 1, a, Ming Pan1, b, Jianxun Zhao1, c, Dazhen Su1, a and GuoTao Wang1, c 1 Engineering Institute of Engineering Corps, PLA University of Science and Technology, Nanjing, Jiangsu, 210007, China atqzlhnj@126.com, bpanlvnn@gmail.com, csxzjxstudent@163.com Keywords: Image Processing, Support Vector Machine, Material Identification.
The materials and types of debris can be fast identified after the model is trained and the identification accuracy is high, thus a new method for fault diagnosis of engineering equipment is provided.
The sensitive characteristic parameters for material division should be chosen in the process of material identification.
The accuracy rate of classification is the most direct index for the evaluation of material identification method.

This latter class of structures pose great challenges, for both material science and structure integrity.
Two thermal loading scenarios are studied; the first considers a cycling homogenous (i.e. identical) high temperature across the entire component, where the thermal stress is induced by the different coefficients of thermal expansion between dissimilar materials.
