All chemicals used were of analytical grade. 1.2 Instrument uv-vis spectrophotometer(TU – 1810); Electronic balance(EL-204); Heigh speed freezing centrfuge(CR-21G) 1.3 Methodst 1.3.1 The whole Corn steeping process The same size and full ears corns was respectively soaked by mixing 5g of corns (dry matter) with 50ml of sulfurous acid (0.1%, 0.2%, 0.1%), NaOH (0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5%), alcohol (65%, 75%, 65%), lactic acid (0.3%, 0.5%, 0.3%), L - cysteine (0.6%, 1.0%, 1.4%) for 12h, 36h and 60h at 50 ℃.
Hroas et.al [6] found that the water absorption velocity of corn got faster due to adding sulfurous acid to comsteep liquor, and starch yield rised with the increasing of reagent concentration. In the prosess of soaked, intra- or inter- disulfide-bonded in gluten were broken by sulfurous acid ,making the protein network distroyed and starch granules freed.which was in favour of starch washing and seperation.
Oliver et.al [7] found that starch yield increased with adding lactic acid to comsteep liquor, which made many potholes on the cell wall to accelerate the absorbtion of water in Maize endosperm, promoting the the separation of starch and protein.Singh[8] also found that when lactic acid and sulfurous acid were simultaneously added to comsteep liquor, starch yield were higher than sulfurous acid immersion alone and the separation of starch was also much easier, and the protein content of the starch were reduced. Thus it can be seen that the key of starch extraction was breaking the combination between gluten and starch.

In this study theory of both the TEG and the TEC are investigated and the optimum number of TEG modules required to power the TEC to achieve the best performance of the TEG–TEC system are determined [6].Cheng et al. (2010),develop a simulation model and used to predict transient thermal behavior of the thermoelectric coolers.
They showed that the numerical predictions closely agree with the experimental temperature data [10].Russel et al. (2013), study on the performance of a thermoelectric cooler (TEC) based thermal management system for an electronic packaging design that operates under a range of ambient conditions.

Amblard et al. [4] showed with impedance measurements that the texture formation is governed by the adsorption of an inhibiting species, i.e. hydrogen.
A formation mechanism based on sequential twinning processes was proposed [11] and described in detail by Zhu et al. [12].

One of the main problems of conventional treatment of totally edentulous patients is the difficulty of adapting this type of prosthesis [8], Carlsson et al [9] stating that approximately 20% of total edentulous patients conventional prostheses fall into this category.
