These parts not only must have the required minimum mechanical properties in terms of yield strength and elongation, but also must be able to withstand cyclic tensile and compressive forces.
The mechanical properties are similar to those of A356, A357 and A319 alloys, which are typically used in SSM processing [13].
The findings also show that, for structural parts that do not need to have demanding mechanical properties, simple thixoforming without subsequent solution and aging heat treatment may be sufficient.

There are a lot of uncertainty (random) factors in engineering structure, it’s the inherent properties of all things in nature.
The paper is to study the impact some main factors such as the load , flange diameter, thickness and diameter of the blade on the diamond saw blades using the reliability analysis software ANSYS with Monte Carlo .
In the reliability analysis of structural strength ,structural strength of the limit state function is expressed by the function, and it is expressed with the equation of G=g(x), in which random variable xi is uncertain factors in the actual structure, such as the structural dimensions, material properties, loading and other factors.
The elastic modulus, Poisson ratio and density of the diamond saw blade and agglomeration of diamond are took as input properties of material properties.

The rotating velocity, pouring temperature, pouring velocity, and mold temperature are all critical process factors.
The finer grain structure contributes to improved mechanical properties.
The SEM images of aluminum bronze bushing showed average grain size which influences the mechanical properties like hardness, tensile strength and other properties.
Smaller grain size results in improving mechanical properties due to higher density of the grain boundaries [9, 10].

Besides, temperature and stress intensity also have great effect on the performance of material and the fracture properties of material.
Superplastic is the important properties of TiAl alloys, so the effect that grain boundary sliding have on TiAl alloys is also can’t be ignored.
Apart from the factors mentioned above, there are still have many other factors influencing the performance of materials, such as the temperature, the size of grain, loading frequency and stress intensity, etc.

Compared to conventional ductile iron, ADI exhibits superior mechanical properties.
The mechanical properties of ADI are influenced by factors such as volume fraction of phases, phase transformations, and phase distribution during the austempering process [4-5].
The present study focuses on investigating the microstructure and mechanical properties of ADI processed using the novel two-step austenitization process.
Mechanical Properties Table 3 summarizes the mechanical properties of the ADI processed by conventional,2SA and M2SA process.

Considering the CMT process parameters of welding equipment with expert system, welding current and welding voltage were directly controlled by wire feed rate.Hence, three factors were investigated included wire fee speed, welding speed and arc-length modification coefficient[12].
As shown in Fig. 8 ,cross-sectional views of the welds obtained in different arc-length modification parameters. We selected five parameters including-25%,-15%,-5%,+5%,+15%and+25%.The CMT welding quality and appearance morphology was investigated while different arc-length modification parameters. With arc-length modification changed from small to large, weld width presented a gradually increasing trend,But variation of weld reinforcement was not evident.Due to adjust arc-length modification parameter, there were no significant changed in current and greatly changed in voltage.therefore,The current is the main factor of weld penetration, while the voltage is the main factor affecting weld width.
