Due to a succession of advantages such as high yield, low cost of raw materials, wide adaptability, strong resistance, multiplicity of biomass energy utilization and environmental friendliness when tubers fructans converts into ethanol, which has been already enlisted the non food energy crop , it has broad prospects [5].
Materials and methods Experimental design and sampling treatment “Qingyu 2” Helianthus tuberosus L., were bred autonomously by Qinghai Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences. 2 types of land were chosen in this study, ie, dry land in Longchuan Huangzhong County, Qinghai Province (altitude: 2680m) and irrigated land in the experimental garden of Qinghai Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences (altitude: 2680m), with 200 m2. set for each testing plot.

Its unacceptable shortcomings were the less of capacity and the expensive processing cost as imagined [9–11]; the main raw materials such as wollastonite [11] were limited on the earth’s surface, and its pulverization and chemical processing would cost much more economically.

characteristics
Tarpaulins impermeable membrane is easy to decompose in the sun
Heavy, inconvenient transportation
The most common impermeable material.
high chemical stability , good chemical resistance to more than 80 kinds of strong acid and alkali materials ,such as asphalt, oil and tar , high and low temperature materials, acid , alkali , salt and other corrosive media.
Materials of HDPE impermeable membrane are non-toxic and environmental friendly .
(1)high-density polyethylene (HDPE) is initially identified as the main impermeable material. It has high cost-effective,high chemical stability , good chemical resistance to more than 80 kinds of strong acid and alkali materials ,and also has moderate cost.It is able to meet the requirements of the sewage seepage pits

Raw materials would be manufactured into special parts according the customized needs, while the components would be assembled to complete some special needed functions.
Raw materials were normally heavy and hard to delivery, so the VMC usually got them from the agents in or near their city.
Where the places and transitions were descripted as Table 1 and Table 2: a) Places: Table 1 Description of places P1 Ready for production P2 No need to design, ready to procure raw materials and components P3 Need to design,be ready to design P4 Components made by oneself,be ready to procure raw materials P5 Component out purchase,be ready to procure components P6 Raw materials are arriving, wait the machining P7 Components are completely manufacture, wait to assemble P8 Outsourcing is arrive, wait to assemble P9 products are ready, wait to check and accept P10 Not up to standard P11 Up to standard and store b) Transitions: Table 2 Description of transitions t1 Whether need to be redesign t2 Design t3 Procure planning t4 Procure raw materials t5 Procure components t6 Manufacturing t7 Assembling t8 Check When the VMC received a customized requirement, we can say the place P1 received the token (>0).
