When two or more materials with different properties are combined together, they form a composite material [2-3].
The properties of composite materials, in general, are superior in many respects to those of the individual constituents.
This has provided the main motivation for the research and development of composite materials.
In our research, amphoteric vinyl-polymer/ZnO nano composite (PDM/ZnO) was prepared using DMDAAC, acrylic acid, 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate, acrylamide as raw materials.
The resultant leather samples were put into an air conditioner for 48 h, and the tensile and tearing strength of the leather were tested with a GT-U55 functional materials examination machine made by Taiwan High Iron Science and Technology Stock Company.

The original material internal binding force is not enough to curb the rapid expansion of the high-density ion electron gas, and ultimately makes the material in the role of regions removed in the form of plasma eruption.
By using femtosecond laser to remove material, an unique processing characteristics is produced, such as no melt zone around the processing aperture, versatile to any materials, the processing region being smaller than the focusing size, and breaking the diffraction limit.
By using high power femtosecond lasers, building a special optical system, controlling procedures legitimately, the method can meet the needs of processing variety materials which is difficult to process.
The workpiece’s material is metal or alloy in this experiment.
The titanium alloy sample processing microwell array of 0.3mm diameter The workpiece is changed to nickel base superalloy materials in the same thickness for testing, then observed in the scanning electron microscope (100 times).
