It shows that tools using resin liquid as moistening agent by adding 4wt%~5wt% of the amount of bond and diamond to forming materials has the best performance in formability and bending strength of green and finished abrasive segment.
According to previous research, it can be concluded that under proper low temperature bond ratio and sintering parameters, diamond grinding wheels show good performance in processing specific materials.
Fig. 2 shows powder accumulation graph corresponding to different wetting agent in 3wt% used in forming materials.
So, using resin liquid as wetting agent in 4wt%~5wt% adding to forming materials can result in the best formability, green and finished abrasive segments bending strength.

Experiments The materials required for the fabrication of the core-shell structured metal powders are listed below: Cu particles (3 μm and 30 μm in diameter), stannous chloride, thiocarbamide, methane-sulfonic acid, hydrochloric acid, glycol, ammonia water, a small amount of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA), hydroquinone, and sodium hypophosphite.
Firstly, thiocarbamide (0.65 mol/L), EDTA (0.0014 mol/L), hydroquinone (0.0036 mol/L), and sodium hypophosphite (0.2 mol/L) were dissolved in 80 mL of deionized water, methane-sulfonic acid (0.0042 mol/L) and glycol (15 mL/L) were added, and the solution was stirred gently until the materials completely dissolved.

Therefore, in this paper, the acylthiourea constructional unit which contains bioactivities was introduced into polymer chain, in order to develop novel thiourea macromolecule pesticide which possessed chemical controlled-release function, and capsule wall material for pesticide microcapsule which possessed physical controlled-release function, and provide theoretical and experimental basis for developing new pesticide.
Preparation of Raw Material.
Compound 3a has fairly good bioactivities which can be used as macromolecule wall material with bioactivities for pesticide capsule and to provide theoretical and experimentative basis for manufacturing new pesticide.
