Introduction
Brittle materials, such as ceramics, silicon, glass, and sapphire, have been widely used in many high-tech fields such as aerospace, electronics and optics etc.
As a promising processing technique for hard and brittle materials, ultrasonic assisted grinding (UAG) can enhance the machining efficiency and also improve the surface integrity.
Considering that the stiffness and the hardness of the diamond material is greater than workpiece material, the grain material is defined as a rigid.

Materials and methods
Materials. 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), Alcalase, and Trypsin(1:250) were obtained from Sigma; 4-Nitrophenyl Laurate (p-NPL), 2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzo-thiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) (ABTS) were purchased from Tokyo Chemical Industry.
Generally, DPPH tend to be used to determined the water soluble materials, however, ABTS is usually used to detection all water- and fat-soluble materials, reflecting the total antioxidant levels.

In this paper, an alternative aseismic system for bridge with pile-cap foundation called a separated pile-cap with proper material set in the gap layer was proposed.
But when it comes to the separated cap, it has a bigger cross section area and there are multiple choices for the material placed in the middle gap which could provide great adaptability and flexibility.

When different external forces act respectively on the same
material or the same external force acts on different materials, the elastic waves will have different
characteristics.
However, AE of grinding is transient elastic energy spontaneously released when materials undergoing deformation or fracture or both.
The acoustic waves of grinding are mixtures of several acoustic wave sources, such as grain fracture, coolant turbulence, materials deformation and thermal expansions.
Thermal Behaviour of Materials During grinding, material deformation energy transforms into thermal energy which may go into four heat sinks - chips, wheel, workpiece and coolant.

The gold has its lower eutectic point than other materials and deposited on silicon wafer as the catalyst for silicon nanowire synthesis.
The results showed that the low turn-on filed of the nanowire was comparable with the published materials.

It has been proved that quasi-guided modes in Bragg fibers with the finite number of cladding pairs are slightly leaky if the cladding is not too thin and the index contrast of high/low dielectric material is large enough[9].
