As one of the important factors during cutting process, whether the tool selection is reasonable
will not only affect production efficiency of machine center, but also the machining quality of the
product.
There are many factors which influence the result of tool selection, and these factors have different influence degree to tool selection, so qualitative analysis must be done to the grey correlation among these factors and that of these factors to selection result.
With different processing properties, the influence degrees of tool geometrical angles are different.
Establish a database to store the numerical values which are obtained according to the size of influence factors and processing properties to present the influence degree of influence factors.
The system will select appropriate tool set from tool database of enterprise according to the workpiece material properties and the information of machine tool and processing.

The density affects most of the physical and mechanical properties of wood composite panels [11–13].
Panel density has been shown to have a considerable impact on flexural properties of wood-based composites [14].
The properties of tested PB composites are as follow: Rm = 0.43 MPa, E = 2.45 GPa.
An interaction (statistically significant) between the studied factors was found.
Bridges, A quantitative study of some factors affecting the abrasiveness of particle board, Forest Prod.

Each individual component maintains its original characteristics while giving the composite distinctive chemical, mechanical and physical properties.
The inherent mechanical properties of the composite depend on the nature of each of the components, their relative quantities and their distribution.
Examination on the correlation between the filler volume fraction and the mechanical properties evaluated by tensile test, stress relaxation test and dynamic mechanical test are discussed.
Mechanical characterization by tensile test Mechanical properties behavior by tensile stress for active carbon-polypropylene composites are presented in fig. 2.
These shift factors are exhibited in fig. 6.

These factors influence non-monotonically a change of properties in the nanometer range and it is not always possible to predict the behaviour of material.
Thus the change of the physical and mechanical properties of surface layers happens during MPT due structure dispersion, structural-phases transformations and a change of chemical content.
Specimen for an evaluation of the mechanical tension properties The flat specimens 1.6 mm thick (Fig. 1) were used for an evaluation of the mechanical tension properties; the surfaces A and B were treated by MPT on the flat surface grinder.
Thus, using MPT and tempering to a certain temperature, it is possible to expect a set of of high mechanical properties, caused by nanostructuration of the surface layer.

The mortar has excellent workability, high water-retention, property, good mechanical properties and good construction properties.
and three level 1, 2, 3; R is the range of various factors.
Table 2 and Table 3 show that the amount of cementing materials and w/s are the major factors affecting mortar strength.
The more cement use, the higher the mortar strength is; the w/s and the dosage of FN admixture is the main factors affecting mortar fluidity.
TBDMM has a good physical-mechanical properties and good workability, and is in line with national development policy of new building materials.

The analysis has been supported by the microstructural studies, thermal analysis and micro-hardness testing performed on the affected main rotor bearing parts.
Upon first observation, it was observed that two of four bearings installed in the main rotor hub assembly had been badly affected with symptoms of fire and mechanical damage.
The performance of ball-bearing also depends on other external factors.
In addition, corrosion of any of the component of ball bearing can significantly affect its integrity.
Mechanical properties were assessed using micro-hardness tester on Vickers scale.

However, due to their brittleness, piezoceramics can develop damage leading to initiation of micro-cracks, affecting the performance of the material in general and the micro-devices in particular.
It is highlighted how the ensemble averaged apparent properties converge for aggregates containing grains.
The system is subjected to a prescribed value of displacement and a constant electric potential between the top and bottom surfaces; b) Macroscopic stress as a function of the load factor and the applied electric potential (cohesive properties as in Fig.2).

The response surface model was used to study different factors, such as sludge concentration, space between membranes and aeration rate, affecting membrane fouling of the upper and lower layer membrane module.
Results and discussion Use Design Expert 7.5 software for Box-Behnken Design (3 factors 3 levels).
This was mainly attributed to the change of sludge properties, such as increase of viscosity, colloids concentration and dissolved organic matters, when sludge concentration increased.
Table 5 represents the settlement optimization condition which designed the target conditions and weight of different factors.
Floc destruction and its impact on dewatering properties in the process of using flat-sheet membrane for simultaneous thickening and digestion of waste activated sludge.
