The IR spectra of plywood allow us to estimate the effect of H2O2 on the bonds involved in the structure formation of material.
For example, in the United States, 82.0 % of plywood consumption in construction accounts for plywood; of this amount, 49.0 % is used for the needs of housing construction, 34.0 % for the repair and reconstruction of housing, and 17.0 % for the construction of structures [2].
Results of IR spectroscopy allow us to estimate the effect of hydrogen peroxide on the process of plywood structure formation.

Then piezoelectric AlN film was deposited by RF reactive magnetron sputtering to obtain the AlN/diamond film structure.
X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern of the structure of AlN /diamond film structure showed a strong diffraction peak of AlN (002), which indicated that as-sputtered AlN film was highly c-axis oriented.
On the basis of above beneficial results, we expect the fabrication of higher frequency SAW filter of AlN /diamond film layered structure in the next work.

The crystal and molecular structures of dimethyl-(4-(7-acetoxyl-2H -chromen-2-one))-methyl-(2-acrylate)-ethyl-ammonium bromide were determined by X-ray diffraction methods.
In the structure, The four N-C bond distances are in the range of 1.473(6) ~ 1.531(6) Å.

The crystal structure has cubic symmetry and is relatively complex.
The morphology of both powders shows a spongy-like structure, with larger pores in the case of the lower aluminium content (Fig. 5, a) and smaller pore sizes in the case of the sample containing a higher content of doping cations (Fig. 5, b).
Evaluating the results no significance difference can be observed and the values are relatively low for a highly porous structure, as observed in the SEM micrographs.

Rice husks, the main agricultural product in Thailand, contains 15-20 wt% of SiO2 in its structure.
These could be confirmed that doping N atoms in some carbon position in rGO sheet did not change the major structure of rGO which have graphite-like structure.
From all these results, it could be implied that N atoms were successfully doped in the structure of NrGO sheets.
Most of morphology contained the wrinkled and rippled sheet structure of NrGO.
