The preparation of microcellular foam PP reflective film Zhenjiang Shi1,a, Shenglin Yang1,b, Junhong Jin1,c and Guang Li1,d State Key Laboratory for Modification of Chemical Fibers and Polymer Materials, College of Material Science and Engineering, Donghua University, Shanghai 201620, P.R.
Introduction Microcellular polymers, as a group of foamed materials invented in 1980s[1], and have got a great development in 1990s due to the application of supercritical CO2 in their processing.
So they have been usually called as “novel materials for 21 Century”.
The controlling of cell nucleation and cell growth behaviors during foaming has been believed to be critical in regulating the structures and the quality of foam, therefore, the attention of this work has been focused on the optimizing the performance of various foaming technologies utilized in the industry Experimental Materials.

Its unidirectional nature, in conjunction with a strong deformation textures typically seen in these materials, leads to a high level of plastic anisotropy.
In situ neutron diffraction and acoustic emission have been used separately to study deformation twinning in various materials.

Microfiber synthetic leather is a high mimetic material of natural leather.
Compared with other synthetic leather, it is a material which is most like to natural leather and its performance is the best.
For that reason, many researchers try to introduce some materials containing many active groups to synthetic leather in order to improve the hygienic and dyeing properties[3-6].
(1)Weighing: The weight of microfiber synthetic leather base was weighed accurately, as it was as the basis of the quantity of chemical materials used in following processes

Research shows that all of hemp’s bast, stem, root, flower, and leaf are valuable for exploiting, and the comprehensive development will create a huge chain of industry[1].Hemp’s stem which is discarded traditionally can be used as raw materials for paper, rayon manufacturing and chemical products.
Materials and Chemical Reagent When hemp has grown for 6 months, the stem (without bast) was crashed by muller and then sifted with a 120 mesh sifter.

Introduction With the development of science and technology, the electronics, computer products which produced by advanced technology are with more and more powerful function, but the size is getting smaller and smaller, it opposes that micro-machining of a higher performance are demand.
Ultrasonic Motor Ultrasonic motor is a new type of micro-drive motor, using piezoelectric materials to achieve the inverse piezoelectric effect, is the crystallization of interdisciplinary development of the piezoelectric ceramic, functional materials, mechanical vibration, finishing, power electronics, and control theory.
In order to reduce the vibrating object and moving body's wear and tear because of moving relatively, a layer of friction materials was applied between the two bodies usually.
