Traditional Chinese headdress is an important part of the traditional Chinese culture, which provides rich material for computer animation.
The process of traditional Chinese headdress creation includes collection, modeling and assigning new material, which is complex working and time-consuming.

Therefore, the design of new materials (such as composite) for vehicle instead of metal has to be done urgently.
The synthesis of rPP/DVB/PP-AA/natBen and rPP/DVB/PP-AA/comBen with and without ZB composites was reactively done in xylene medium using starting materials: rPP, DVB, PP-AA, natBen, comBen, with and without zinc borat (ZB) additive.
The mechanical properties of rPP/DVB/PP-AA/Ben+ZB composites presented that the highest TS founded at 20% comBen and 5% ZB, its compared to that of raw materials rPP (F0) increased 62%, and the YM increased 676%.

A good lubricant is expected to minimize the wear of the material to the lowest possible level.
The wear of a material relies heavily upon interfacial condition which includes the material used, geometry, relative surface motion, sliding speed, normal load, temperature, surface roughness and so on.
Material and lubricants.
Fig 2: Wear rate (load= 10N and 50N, sliding speed=1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 m/s) Wear rate depends on the mechanical properties of the material, ductility and the toughness of the material.
