The impact of Hall current and thermal radiation on magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) free convective transfer of mass and heat of a heat generating liquid over a vertical permeable sheet have been analyzed by Kinyanjui et al. [6].

The structure of a TiO2/CdTe was already considered by Minnaert et. al. [6].
We consider an ETA solar cell based on Cu2ZnSnS4 thin film structure and TiO2 n-type nanoparticles which were recently proposed by Kurokawa et. al. [12].
Nanu et al. reported efficiencies up to 4% for TiO2/CuInS2 solar cells, without buffer layer [16].
Comparing with Experimental Reports The TiO2/CZTS as dye structure was also considered experimentally by Wang et. al [21].
This article considers numerically the characteristics of such a device in SCAPS-1D device modelling.
