Firstly, from cutting device analysis, summarized as follows:(1) noise reduction screen on the noise reduction effective is obvious, and disadvantage is high cost, complicated when disassembling saw blade; (2) set the damping attenuation materials on the surface inside the shield, such as felt, rubber, etc, and disadvantage is damping layer is easy to be scratched or contaminated.

Kabeel et al. [3] presented a detailed review of solar still enhancement strategies, focusing on phase change materials and reflective surfaces as key factors in improving distillation productivity.
In 2003, Fath et al [9] identified the potential for optimization in solar desalination systems through design modifications, such as multi-effect distillation and the use of advanced materials.
Al-Hinai et al. [21] found that the double-effect solar stills showed higher productivity compared to single-effect designs, particularly when optimized for temperature gradients and cover materials.

Introduction
With the improvement of people's living standard, as well as growing awareness of prevention bacteria, it is important to use antibacterial materials in medical, food processing, public facilities [1-3].
But it isn’t used for antibacterial materials yet and its antibacterial properties have not been researched.

However, with the development of modern technology science, the demand of quartz glass increased unceasingly, natural crystal resources were facing exhaustion, and could not satisfy the demand of modern high-tech development, which encouraged people to use ordinary quartz mine alternative crystal as quartz glass mineral raw materials.
Experimental Rough Materials.
At the same time, the first level crystal being used as high-grade quartz glass raw materials, is because of its low content of impurity and gas-liquid inclusions.
