Conclusions (1) when using the fresh water to make slurry, due to the fresh water, tamsui bentonite and other materials in the fresh water slurry, and the boring mud and waste slurry are mainly shipped out by the sea ships, the sea ships are greatly influenced by the weather like wind, wave, tide and fog and so on, so if the slurry materials are short of demand because of the weather ,which lead to the slurry performance index hard to meet the specification or the boring mud is hard to be transported out, there will be great effect on the drilling construction.
(2) Drilling hole adopts high quality slurry (that is to use the tamsui bentonite as the main materials), it plays the role of protecting the wall in the whole process of drilling, and avoiding effectively the sea water’s corrosion to the rebar.

Multiferroic materials such as BST offer the possibility of switching the magnetization with an electric field and switching of electric polarization with a magnetic field, which would represent a major advance for information storage and low power non-volatile device applications [4].
BaSrTiO3 synthesized by mixing the Barium Acetate [Ba(CH3COO)2, 99%], strontium acetate [Sr(CH3COO)2, 99%], titanium isopropoxide [Ti(C12O4H28), 99.999%] based on Eq. 1, which the materials are weighed based on stoichiometrical composition for mole fraction x = 0 (Ba0Sr1TiO3), x = 0.125 (Ba0.125Sr0.875TiO3), x = 0.250 (Ba0.25Sr0.75TiO3), x = 0.375 (Ba0.375Sr0.625TiO3), x = 0.500 (Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3).
This material is dissolved with acetic acid [CH3COOH, 100%] and ethylene glycol [C2H6O2] using magnetic stirrer at a speed of 240 rpm for one hour [5].

Introduction Nanometer-sized zinc oxide is an important semiconductor material with unique physical, chemical, catalytic, and optical properties.
Among these nanostructures, ZnO nanotetrapods have drawn much attention because of their unique three-dimensional structure with a four-needle whisker extending from the central core, which is evenly distributed in the matrix materials, thus providing high strength and multi-function to the composite material.
