Construction of massive infrastructure in offshore environments necessitates the use of appropriate corrosion resistant materials such as “stainless steels”.
A proper understanding of the corrosion properties of these materials of construction is vital to allow facilities to be designed with sufficient lifetime to provide the required service and avoid any potential for environmental impact which may arise from premature failure in these maritime locations.

In the last decade, THz technology gained huge research attention due to promising applications in defense, medical, earth and space science, material characterization, communication, sensing and imaging [1].
In the past decade, metamaterials (MM) have attracted more research attention from physics, material science, and engineering community.
Permittivity and permeability are constitutive electromagnetic parameters of materials.

Abstract.
The statistic T examination was used to dispose the data of the rate of new bone forming after two kinds of materials CP and BCP had been embedded into body.
Table 1 shows that after CP and BCP materials have been embedded into the animal's body, the materials degradation and the formation of new bone require certain time and space.
But CP and BCP porous materials form omnidirectionally a new bone in a tri-dimensional space with the degradation of the materials.
