By analysis technique of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) to explore on the effect of the hydration products of SSC. 2 Specimens, materials and mix Home-made SSC was used in this paper, silica fume and microbead is produced by Gui zhou Haitian ferroalloy abrasive co., LTD and Yun nan, respectively.
The chemical compositions of three kinds of materials were shown in table 1.
Hydration products of SSC mainly ettringite and gypsum crystals, trace amounts of calcium hydroxide and a small amount of materials such as gypsum that does not participate in the reaction ,it does not observe obvious characteristic peak of calcium hydroxide in SSC paste .

Experimental Part Instruments, Reagents and Raw Materials.(1)Instruments:an SX2-4-10 type high-temperature resistance furnace, an AY120 type electronic balance, a 722 type spectrophotometer, a UV755B type ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer, a 101A-1 type drying oven, a YQ-Z-48B type whiteness analyzer.(2)Reagents:calcium carbonate and calcium hydroxide, which are both chemically pure.(3)Raw materials:the acid sludge generated in sulfuric acid preparation from lubricant oil products is black, viscous, odorous and soluble in water.
The high content of SO42- also shows the feasibility of preparing industrial calcium sulfate product by taking acid sludge as raw material.
