This is also the reason why it is necessary to investigate the mechanical properties of SUS 304 stainless steel and determine the limit values of these process parameters.
3.
The properties of SUS 304 stainless steel are shown in Table 1.
Table 1 Mechanical properties of stainless steel SUS 304 [21].
Through the function Y, it is possible to graph each pair of factors affecting the forming angle (Figure 4 - 6), the graphs are drawn when the value of the remaining factor is kept at the base level.

These stresses can be caused by various factors, intrinsic to the material such as variations in density or volume, densification or surface oxidation, and extrinsic factors such as thermal or thermoplastic deformations generated during cooling step of the sintering program [6].
In order to induce different magnitudes of residual stresses and verify its effect on the mechanical properties, the content of zircon-alumina in suspensions was varied.
Finally it is necessary to know the mechanical properties which have the multi-layered components by combining different layer formulations and verify if them have better mechanical properties, also Table 1 shows the results obtained.
Table 2 shows the mechanical properties obtained in the designed multi-layered materials, it is important to note that materials that had better mechanical properties were those with compressive residual stresses in thick layers and tensile in thin layers, while the materials having tensile residual stresses in thick layers and compression in thin layers present very low mechanical properties, that are so far to improve the mechanical properties.

Because the sintering temperature is one of the factors that affects the response of the functionally graded (FG) plates, this paper is presented to show the domination of the consolidation parameter on the stress field of the plates.
The fabrication technique is usually decided based on several factors mainly the feasibility of the technique, type of material combination and type of FGM application.
The main advantage of FGMs compared to conventional laminated composites is that it has excellent mechanical properties on one side of the structure whereas another side has high thermal resistance properties.
In term of properties variation, it is assumed that the material properties of FGM plate changes only in the thickness direction and remains homogeneous in other directions.
It is known that temperature could affect the physical and mechanical parameters of materials.

Analysis of the contrast tests on the property of three test pieces of fabric-reinforced FQQB and observation of the development of slab crack, as well as the analysis of the mechanical mechanism lying in the improvement in crack resistance property of FQQB by fabric.
Conclusion Compared test specimen B.2 and B.3 with B.1, conclusions can be drawn as follows: Firstly, fabric-reinforced FQQB possesses fine moment resistance properties ranging from the stage of loading, to the session with cracks, to yield stage; Secondly, fabric-reinforced FQQB can bear the load over 1.5 times than that of fabric-removed FQQB, and the cracks width and numbers were greatly declined when the plate was damaged.
It can be seen that adding fabrics can not only improve plate's moment resistance capability, but strength the anti-cracking ability in FQQB joint points and reduce the possibilities of cracks occurrence as well; Thirdly, from the testing process analysis of these test specimens and other references, we can draw the conclusion that ,apart from the concrete thickness of the plate's upper and lower layers, concrete's anti-tensile capability, the main factors affecting the cracking load of fabric-reinforced FQQB also include the mechanical properties of fabric, fiber cloth pasted area, thickness, elastic modulus, etc.; while the wire of both upper and lower layers exerts little effects on plate's cracking load due to the relatively small stress occurred when cracking; Forth, the test process also reflects stress hysteresis effect generated by fabrics’ flexible character, which should be given full consideration when we analysis the loading capability.

Micro textures are imparted on HSS discs using CO2 laser, varying the shape and dimensions of the resulting dimples affecting the frictional coefficient and wear.
Based on these studies, it is found that texturing can control the tribological properties.
These results will help us to determine scenarios where texturing improves or degrades the tribological properties of contact surfaces.
The frictional properties for textured discs with a dimple depth of 5 μm are shown in Figure 3(a).
However, it is found that lubrication condition and shape of dimple are significant parameters statistically affecting the COF at 90% confidence level.

One example of this is water absorption, which in recycled aggregates reaches such high values that the amount of free water calculated for mixing the concrete is affected, consequently impacting on the concrete's properties, especially consistency.
One of the factors to consider when substituting natural aggregates with recycled aggregates in concrete mixes is that the latter are highly porous and therefore have a greater capacity for water absorption.
In the IW series, slump presented a rising trend even from the lowest replacement rate, which was mainly due to two factors.
Even without stirring, immersion of recycled aggregates for 10 minutes causes some of the adhered mortar to be washed away, affecting the aggregate's subsequent water absorption capacity.

Introduction
GFRP bars have high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance and other excellent properties, especially used in soil nailing.
The soil nailing gives full to the role of tension, and bending and shearing performance requirements are relatively low, so the study on tensile mechanical properties of GFRP soil nailing is crucial [1-7].
Not all the strength factors of the composite material can be presented by the formula in calculating strength, which fails to consider the microstructure defect, so.
In the calculation of the tensile strength , fiber size and content should be discussed separately and set up different affecting parameters, while they also have relevant with each other.
Conclusions (1) The failure strength of GFRP bars with different diameters is affected by fibers material and reinforced material and the bonding interfacial properties.

It was found that the porosity values of FRP in typical aircraft composite parts must be lower than 2.5 % to achieve the required mechanical properties.

These results suggested that microstructural inhomogeneity in the used marking parameters due to their locally very limited formation did not have an appreciable influence on the mechanical properties.
The mechanical properties of the investigated steels perpendicular to the rolling direction are shown in Table 1.
Furthermore, for the characterization of the mechanical properties in the laser treatment zone, only microhardness measurements HV0.1 were performed according to ISO 6705-1 at the hardness tester ZHV1.
Fig. 3 shows that no changes of mechanical properties were detected in the direct vicinity of the tracks.
External factors, such as sample geometry or stress condition does not affect the critical damage criterion.

However, the fast degradation and weak mechanical property of collagen nanofiber prevent its applications in tissue engineering.
