The ferritic material was cold-rolled at a reduction of 80% to give the same dislocation density as of the martensitic material.
In addition, the ferritic material was cold-rolled by 80% reduction after the solution treatment.
The data obtained by EBSP method was analyzed with the TSL Orientation Imaging Microscopy (OIM) system.
This indicates that crystal-rotations have locally occurred during the deformation, and this forms a large ________________________________________________________________________________________________ 1 The data of the measured points with little reliance (Confidence Index < 0.05) were removed before making the misorientation profiles, because there was possibility that the analyses of those points had been failed.
The results obtained are summarized as follows: (1) The ferritic material deformed by 80% reduction contains a large number of geometrically necessary boundaries with large misorientations, while the martensitic material does only original grain boundaries.

Very high gravity ethanol fermentation technology exhibited promising industrial application for advantages including productivity improvement, polluted water output reduction and energy consumption saving.
Datas analysis indicated that the osmotic pressure was controlled strictly exhibited by high growth rate of yeast and high rate of ethanol formation comparing with other dosages, and 119.78 g/kg (15.07 %, v/v) ethanol equivalent to 90.16 % of theoretical yield was achieved in 64 hours.
Therefore, very high gravity (VHG) ethanol fermentation technology exhibited promising industrial applications for advantages including productivity improvement, polluted water output reduction and energy consumption saving, particularly for the downstream processes like distillation because of high ethanol concentration in the mash to be distilled and the waste distillage treatment by the energy-intensive multistage evaporation process as less waste distillage to be treated [5, 6, 7, 8].

The CCT diagram of the high strength D6AC steel was plotted using the dilatometer data, microstructure investigation, and hardness measurements.
The increase of the cooling rates up to 1 °C/s led to the reduction of the bainite amount in the microstructure of the steel under consideration (Fig. 1, c) and to the increase of the hardness values up to 60.0 HRC.
The obtained data was implemented during the design process of the heat treatment technology for the drill bits being operated in severe conditions of impact loads and abrasive media [18, 19].
After the heat treatment the following mechanical properties of the drill bits were obtained: hardness 45,0 HRC; yield strength σ0,2 1360 MPa; tensile strength σB 1470 MPa; relative elongation δ5 12,5 %; reduction of area RA 24 %, impact toughness KCV 0,21 MJ/m2.

In the year of 2007, Weibo Yang and Mingheng Shi ascribed the operation characteristics of water to water heat pump to 8 undetermined characteristic parameters, according to which they built a characteristic parameters optimized predication model of heat pump utilizing sample data to predict those undetermined parameters [3].
On this base, this paper builds computational models of the WSHP unit in WSHP system; those are energy models of evaporator and condenser, power consumption model and adiabatic compression model of compressor, throttle model of throttle mechanism as well as the data model of refrigerant (R22 is adopted in this paper).
Figure 2 a) shows that COP of the system increases with the rise of evaporating temperature or the reduction of condensing temperature, and the COP decreases with the reduction of evaporating temperature or the rise of condensing temperature; b) indicates that the heating capacity goes up when condensing temperature rises or evaporating temperature reduces, it drops when condensing temperature lessens or evaporating temperature ascends.
According to the definition of the influence rate and the data of the charts, the influence rate of evaporating temperature (3 to 10 ℃) relative to COP can be calculated, that is 2.25%; The influence rate of condensing temperature (50 to 55 ℃) relative to COP also can be calculated, that is 2.61%; By the same rule, the influence rate of evaporating temperature (3 to 10 ℃) relative to heating capacity is 1.32% and that of evaporating temperature (3 to 10 ℃) relative to heating capacity is 1.09%.

However, as illustrated in figure 1c, the grain size on the object's surface undergoes a significant reduction owing to the impact of SSP.
Consequently, this reduction results in heightened strength and hardness specifically on the surface of the component.
The data suggests that SSP has increased the surface hardness by an impressive 64%.
However, while enhancing strength characteristics, there was a reduction in elongation.
The following conclusions can be drawn: · The SSP treatment led to a substantial reduction in grain size, particularly on the surface of the WAAM carbon steel

Tension, compression and in-plane shear damage, which are defined as the decreasing ratio of modulus, were calculated from the data of quasi-static cyclic tests.
However, there is only a paucity of experimental data to which these recent theories can be compared.
Results and Discussion Macroscopic damage is defined by the modulus reduction using the well known damage mechanics [3].
The scalar damage parameters T d11 and C d11 were calculated from the reductions of the tensile Young's modulus T E11 and compression Young's modulus C E11 in the 0 o direction respectively.
The shear damage parameter 12d was obtained from the reductions of the in-plane shear modulus 12G .
