This hyperchromism can be attributed either to external contact (surface binding) with the duplex or to the fact that the complexes could uncoil the helix structure of DNA and make more bases embedding in DNA exposed.

Not only the pore structure, but also the surface chemistry composition of ACF significantly influences its adsorption capacities.
The HNO3 and H2O2 with different concentration were selected to investigate the influence of adsorption properties and surface chemistry composition of ACFs.
Materials and methods The ACF used in this study was from Shanxi Institute of Coal Chemistry (Taiyuan, China).

Abstract.
Introduction For many years long, intermolecular noncovalent intermolecular interaction has been implicated as an important type of interaction in many different types of physical systems and is especially of great interest within the fields of biochemistry[1−6], material science[7−12], and atmospheric chemistry[13−16].
Harmonic frequency analyses were performed at the same levels to confirm that these structures were local minima on the energy surfaces.

Mullite, according to its prismatic crystal structure and high content of aluminum oxide, increases the mechanical strength and thermal resistance of ceramics. [8] Cordierite and mullite in different temperature ranges: 1150-1300 °C and
1400-1600 °C are synthesized respectively [9], so combining them into a single composition represents some technical difficulties.

However, little attention has been paid to the effect of iron doping on structure/chemistry properties of activated carbon, adsorption behavior, its equilibrium and thermodynamics, which is important to understand adsorption behavior of AC for aniline removal from solutions. .
Table 1 shows the texture and surface chemistry analyses of the adsorbents.
