The commercially used membrane materials include ceramics and both unmodified and surface modified polymeric materials, such as polyethylene, polypropylene and polysulfone [11].
However, the high cost of membrane materials limits its further applications.
Polypropylene (PP) non-woven fabric (NWF) materials are composed of random network of overlapping fibers.

He proposed a proportionality coefficient of 0.33 whatever the materials.
The effect of the contact geometry and the nature of the contacting materials are dominating factors
These two challenges are close to a precise knowledge of structural materials.
A third body always separates the contacting materials and usually imposes a dominating action.

Study on Noise in New Roller Chain Drives Wei Sun1,a Xiaolun Liu1,b Wencheng Wang1, Liyan He1 and Jiajun Liu1 1College of Mechanical Science and Engineering, Jilin University, Changchun, 130025, China awsun10@mails.jlu.edu.cn, bborntotry10@163.com Keywords: Chain drive, Split roller, Meshing Impact, Noise Reduction.
In order to mitigate the impact and the polygon effect of the chain and the sprocket during the meshing process and achieve the purpose of noise reduction, a Hlow noiseH nano-structured metal mesh-polyurethane composite material split roller chain was designed by means of changing structure and material of chain roller.
By changing the structure and material of existing chain rollers, the paper designed a new roller chain with low noise — nano-structured metal mesh-polyurethane composite material split roller chain.
It used the composite material to mitigate the meshing impact and polygon effect, and the noise of chain transmission was reduced.

Additionally, β-FeSi2 is made from abundant raw materials and has qualities of innoxious and anti-oxidative.
Therefore, β-FeSi2 is capable of developing thermoelectric materials which work at atmospheric conditions with low-cost and relatively wide temperature scope from 200℃ to 900℃ [1-4].
The raw materials were heated by high-frequency equipment under the protection of Ar atmosphere.

Introduction Polylactic acid (PLA), aliphatic polyester compounds, with good biocompatibility, biodegradability and non-toxic, has become the most important one of biodegradable materials [1-3].
Nevertheless, it is still difficult to meet the need of some repair materials, compressive strength requirements.
Therefore, to get a higher strength of polylactic acid-modified materials should be properly controlled MAn dosage.

To investigate an influence of the material on the fold formation two materials, 16MnCr5 (1.7131) and 100Cr6 (1.3505) were investigated.
Here, the materials 16MnCr5 (1.7131) and 100Cr6 (1.3505) were used.
Figure 4b) shows exemplary a comparison of parts forged with two different materials (16MnCr5 and 100Cr6).
It can be clearly seen, that a fold occur in the equatorial section for both materials under the same forging conditions.

The model [4] assumes that the total volume of a voxel is the sum of volumes of individual compositional materials (including void) in the voxel.
It also assumes the total attenuation of an X-ray beam by a voxel is the sum over the attenuations by the individual compositional materials in the voxel.
For the sample described in this article, the number of CT data sets with different beam energies is L=2, and the number of different materials is M=3.

This model is the most widely used material models for describing the mechanical behavior of metallic materials at high strain, high strain rate and temperature conditions, which is able to fully reflect the material strain hardening, strain rate strengthening and softening effect of the temperature.
Dynamic failure of materials and chip separation criteria.
Shear failure criterion is a physical law, and the material fracture principle in JC model is based on the value of equivalent plastic strain, when , which is the fracture judging parameter of model, is accumulated to more than 1, the materials will begin to fracture.
