Al-Naje et al [5] reviewed various materials that have been adopted in soil stabilization which may include cement and environmentally friendly materials such as ground granulated kiln dust, rice husk hash, blast slag, etc.
In recent times, several enforcements have been enacted to curb the rapidly increasing waste materials in the environment and to provide a system for the recovery and reuse of waste materials [7], hence, the application of the waste resulting from industrial processes as alternatives for conventional materials in the field of construction has been very advantageous in preserving landfills and leads to a reduction in the exploration of raw materials.

At present, the materials were mainly focused on semiconductor materials, polymer materials and metal materials.
But these researches were relatively less for metal materials, especially for stainless steel materials.
Before laser processing, the materials should respectively be polished on different SiC papers (800,1200) to eliminate the scratches on the materials’ surface.

In such complex harsh working conditions, the blades will inevitably produce cracks, wear, damage and even lead to scrap, which will seriously affect flight safety. [1] In recent years, it has become the major research emphasis at home and abroad on improving the mechanical properties of materials by the surface modification techniques to process materials or components without changing the base material. [2] Through plastic deformation ultrasonic shot peening (USP) and laser shock peening (LSP) are effective technical methods to improve fatigue life, which can generate residual compressive stress, fabricate grain-refinement surface.

High cycle fatigue tests on base materials
In the interest of the welded joints of the S690QL steels resistance against the cyclic loading, we made experiments on the base material and there welded joints.
We performed high cycle fatigue (HCF) experiments on the base material with MTS 810 electro-hydraulic materials testing equipment, at room temperature and on laboratory environment.
Results of high cycle fatigue (HCF) tests on base materials.
So, we also used MTS 810 electro-hydraulic materials testing equipment, at room temperature and on laboratory environment.
