The collector is responsible for the real-time data acquisition, and data statistics, storage; concentrator can be regularly or irregularly from the collector to obtain the required data, and complete statistics, data report, print and database management, concentrator and the collector communicates by CAN bus.
System and data packet structure parse and process monitoring data in wireless sensor networks through the adapter module.
Node software mainly includes two parts: communication control and data acquisition.
For each child node, system requirements, it adds its own data into packets and sent through the RF module out, at the same time, its own RF module be able to accept to other sensor nodes send the data packet.
Fig.5 Flow chart of software design of sink node For each of the sink node, system requires that it can receive from the wireless sensor network data, and is able to broadcast data to other child nodes.

The alignment of low angle boundaries was analysed from EBSD data and shown to be a function of grain size, strain and boundary misorientation.
The EBSD data were subsequently analysed by VMAP, an inhouse software package [5,6].
The mean lagb misorientation increases with strain from ~1o to 3-4o , which is consistent with previous investigations, but again the data show no clear evidence of the effect of initial grain size on this parameter.
Although lagb alignment can be determined from TEM observations, data of better statistical significance has been obtained from the analysis of boundaries in EBSD maps of material deformed to low strains [9].
Humphreys: VMAP is a suite of programmes developed for quantitative analysis of the EBSD data generated by the HKL Channel acquisition system.

Citation & Copyright (to be inserted by the publisher ) Monte Carlo Modelling of Recrystallization Mechanisms in Wire-Drawn Copper from EBSD Data.
The complete experimental set of data was taken mainly from Electron Back Scattered Diffraction measurements in a Scanning Electron Microscope.
In the case of wire-drawn ETP (Electrolytic Tough Pitch) copper deformed at ∆=38 % (reduction in area), the calculations have been performed from several 200*200 µm² size matrix, defined with a step size of 0.5 µm (a hexagonal step has been selected).
From this data, the Avrami plot has been calculated.
Conclusions The Monte Carlo modelling from a complete set of experimental data has been applied to simulate nucleation and growth in wire-drawn copper deformed to a moderate strain.

BIM Digital technology in the construction industry in the field of application ZHU Li, LIAN Wen-shan, WANG Fei Hebei Polytechnic University, College of Civil and Architecture Engineering Tangshan, China jjjuli@163.com Key words: BIM Construction Database Integration Abstract :Design is a philosophy, is a building integrated system database, It is an emerging form of construction industry, but BIM itself on case also is not a new concept for most people the knowledge, BIM is not only breaking two-dimensional to three-dimensional design development, with more than a four-dimensional space, with integrated database concept, the engineering quantity estimates, forecasts, integrated management and construction progress and ranking logistics integration in promoting green building and energy conservation and pollution reduction has made outstanding contributions to great savings in manpower, financial, improve efficiency and reduce the chances of errors
In the engineering process because of the building, structure, equipment, various types of work are in parallel, often the actual occurrence of the conflict can not be shut, and the emergence of digital technology can be very intuitive to see problems and solve the problem. ( )Fig. 1 BIM can to a formula as simple instructions: Graphics + data + document = graphic design + professional design and management + management Fig. 1 Modeling of Case Based Pattern Design Another example is located in Pudong, Shanghai Vanke Group, the three forest golden milestone project, the design team through the concept of BIM software applications to build 3D models of buildings, the relationship between the wall clear, and the Party thus becomes intuitive communication efficient.
Chief Architect of Shanghai Sen Miss Li Xin also pointed out that not only shorten the industrialization of residential construction cycle, and in the construction process can reduce water use 60%, 80% of construction waste reduction, "In our study of the project site, each one wall of the assembly, are output from the BIM software drawings, operational procedures are simulated in the software side of the current, then the side of the engineer training workers to install the last to know." ( Fig. 2, Fig.3) Application of building information model, the benefits are immediately available to make construction faster, more economical, more accurate, with the various types of work better and reduce the risk of drawing the wrong, and long-term the benefits have gone beyond the stage of design and construction the benefit of the future operation of the building, maintenance and facilities management. and lead to sustainable cost savings.
CAD and before the era of the information lines on the knowledge of size, are translated into the brain through the wall of information, the software is also among the data table with a small, almost the only graphics, size of information; into BIM era, has strong is the database function, not just 3D graphics. this time with all the graphics are property with its own database, in a pattern and what is inside the building location, this property is recorded in the database.

Modeling showed that, when using the proposed combined charge, silicon extraction factor would amount to 69.25%, which agrees well with practical data.
JSC Kremniy (Shelekhov, Irkutsk Oblast), a RUSAL subsidiary, produces crystalline silicon by carbon-based reduction from quartzites using 16.5- or 25-MW.A three-phase AC ore-thermal furnaces (OTF) [5-7].
The Mg2Si distribution curve shows that this compound, produced in Reservoir 3 and then entering Reservoir 4, would cause the incomplete Si reduction and be present in the final product.
We believe the model is proven adequate, as the following indicators match per the model and per the production data: the phase state of the Fig. 4.
Analysis of simulation data proves the model adequate, which means we can recommend using the pelletized industrial waste of silicon and aluminum production to produce silicon by pyrometallurgy.

The results of this study would be available as fundamental data for developing an international certification system for G-SEED.
In terms of the expansion of environment-friendly buildings for the purposes of response to climate changes and reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, countries have developed and operated systems which assesses the environment-friendliness of buildings.
Awakening to an array of environmental crises triggered discussions on buildings' use of energy and the reduction of CO2 discharge; thus, a certification system was sought to reduce environmental load on buildings and to improve their environmental performance.
With a goal of developing a global certification system according to recent trends, this study aims to be used as fundamental data for developing an international certification system in the future by comparing the system with Vietnam which has a different climate condition.

For bigger output torque and smaller volume, the reducer with big reduction ratio was selected.
The advantages of harmonic reducer are bigger reduction ratio, smaller mass and volume, higher precision and bigger loading.
And then the reduction ratio of the harmonic reducer can be calculated according to the biggest drive torque.

The temperature of maximum rate of weight reduction was lower for sodium, barium and nickel exchanged brown coal than that for acid-washed coal by 50°C, otherwise, the samples of magnesium and calcium did not influence the decomposition temperature compared with acid-washed coal.
Coal samples The Yunnan brown coal were crushed, ground and sieved to less than 0.25mm, and the measured data of raw coals are listed with proximate and ultimate analysis in Table 1.
With added the NaCl, KCl, KOH, NaOH and Al2O3, all of these catalysts had little effect on the conversation of coal pyrolysis, but the temperature of maximum rate of weight reduction was higher for the hydroxide.
It not only increased the reaction conversion but also the temperature of maximum rate of weight reduction lower.
In addition, the most inorganic materials can make the temperature of the maximum rate of weight reduction lower and change the process of the Yunnan brown coal.
