For instance, Scott et al. [4] enhanced the YS of TWIP Fe-(18-22) Mn-0.6C by microalloying elements, such as Nb and Ti.
In this context, Jo et al. [6] studied the dependence of deformation mechanism and tensile properties of TWIP steel Fe–18Mn–0.6C–1.5Si on grain size.
Saha et al. [7] succeeded to fabricate nano-structure of a TWIP steel with 400 nm after applying very high cold rolling reduction of 92% with recrystallization at a low temperature.
Kannan et. al. [11] studied the corrosion behaviour of Fe-0.05C-29Mn-3.1Al-1.4Si in comparison to IF steel.
Yen et al. [15] studied the effect of vanadium carbides on the mechanical properties of TWIP steel Fe–21.6Mn–0.63C–0.87V after SRX at 850 ℃ for 60 s on a vanadium-containing TWIP steel Fe–21.6Mn–0.63C–0.87 V.

For PiN diode fabrication, the anode region with a concentration of 8.0×1019 cm-3 was formed through high temperature Al implantation at 400°C, and then an activation anneal was performed at 1700 °C for 30 min.
Circular Al-based metal contact stacks (Ti/Al/Ti/Au= 70nm/100nm/5nm/120nm) were patterned on the anode region, and Ni-based metal contact stacks (Ti/Ni/Ti/Au=20nm/90nm/5nm/120nm) were deposited on the back side of substrate for cathode electrode.
Electroluminescence (EL) images were additionally obtained under identical stress to a mesa-isolated PiN diode without proton implantation capturing an expansion of dark regions originating from the glide of stacking faults (Fig. 5).

The Theory of the Iterative Method This method has been introduced firstly as the Fast Wave Concept Iterative Process (FWCIP) in (Azizi et al. 1995) [4], applied since one decade to many kinds of radio frequency integrated circuits and diffraction problems in (N’gongo and Baudrand, 1999)[5].
The (mostly) same method is denoted in literature as Transverse Wave Formulation - TWF (Wane et al. 2005) [6] and more recently Wave Concept Iterative Procedure – WCIP (Baudrand et al. 2007)[7].WCIP compares favorably with other commercially available software regarding the precision and promises better performance in computation efficiency in structures with very different layer heights.
