Abstract.
Introduction Nondestructive testing is used extensively throughout the industry for quantitative assessment and detection of defects in engineering materials[1,2].
It is verified that the Born inversion method is suitable for strong scattering materials under certain circumstance.

Experiments
Materials and methods
A commercial alumina was used to prepare the specimens (particle size less than 2μm).
The materials were mixed at suitable ratio.
Investigation of phase compositions of the ceramic materials The investigation of various of phase compositions of ceramic materials was carried out using an X-ray diffractometer (XRD) with voltage 40 kV, current 40 mA.
Generally, properties of materials depend on their structure.

The corrosion caused or promoted by the growth of the microorganisms or its metabolites is named microbial influenced corrosion (MIC), which occurs both in metal and non-metallic materials [6].
A large number of studies on microbial corrosion of the materials in recent decades have shown that virtually all common materials will produce corrosion caused by microorganisms.
The process of microbial influenced by corrosion involves many factors, such as the quality, the shape and the environment of the materials [9].
This plan mainly included microbial survival in cushioning materials in condition of radiation, high temperature and drought, migration of microorganisms in compacted cushioning materials, the corrosion that microorganisms possibly cause to the tank, microbial gas production in backfill material, the introduction of external things in the open cave, the presence and activity of microorganisms in deep granite groundwater, and the impact of biological barriers on the migration of radionuclide.
