Those building waste and scoria which can pass load and be well-drained, can be used as cushion materials.
Panel compacting equipment is used to compact the cushion to a compactness more than 90% of the maximum dry density of the materials.
The cushion should remain flat during construction to make sure that the materials could linked tightly with the light blocks.
