To meet these requirements, complex-perovskite-type dielectric materials, for example
Ba(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 and Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3, have been investigated.
EXPERIMENTAL High purity powders(> 99.9%) were used as starting materials.
Similar to other researchers, it was confirmed that a deviation from stoichiometric composition of complex-perovskite-type dielectric materials shows significant affects on the Q-value.
At first, this concept was applied to the development of BaO-MgO-NbO5/2 system dielectric materials.

Keywords: long-term test reinforce pre-stressed CFRP plate
Abstract: With the continuous development of science and technology, the method of using the pre-stressed carbon fiber on the concrete structure, in particular on the bridge structure has become a research direction by the domestic and foreign scholars.
Sticking CFRP Laminate to reinforce the bridge technology for its high material corrosion resistance and effective craft has received favorably.
Experimental Program 1.1 Experimental materials What experiments of this article use is domestic carbon fiber plate.
(2) From this paper, the creep of domestic carbon fiber sheet under the long-term tension pre-stressed is so small that it can be definitely used as concrete flexural reinforcement materials.

Strain measurements were performed in vertical scan ("z-scanning") mode to provide a
through thickness strain profile in the coating and substrate materials.
In this approach a composite beam of two materials, the substrate and the coating layer, can be assumed as perfectly adhered to each other.
As the coating substrate system is in equilibrium, the sum of forces in the two materials must be zero: 220 µm coating 6 mm substrate Ec,s Ac,s (c,s T - x/l) = 0 (2) where1 E, A and represent the Young's modulus, cross-sectional area and CTE of the coating and substrate materials.
