Materials and methods Materials Tetraethyl silicate (TEOS), ammonia solution, isopropylalcohol (IPA) and Sodium hydroxide were obtained from Beijing Chemical Works with analytically pure. 3-aminoporopyl triethoxysilane (APTES), HA sodium salt, Polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP), 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethyl-aminopropyl) carbodiimide (EDC), N-Hydroxysuccinimde (NHS) were purchased from Aladdin Industria Corporation.
Characterization of materials The morphologies of nanoparticles were observed through Transmission electron microscopy (TEM, JEM-2100F electron microscope) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM, JEOL JSM-6700F microscope).

The process database support system need a large of process equipments and performance data of resource and environment, involving a lot of data such as machine, tool, fluid, material, resource consumption (include raw material and energy consumption), environmental impact (include waste gas emission, waste fluid emission, waste disposal and noise etc).
