Abstract.
Experimental Experimental materials.
The materials and reagents used for the study were PVDF(polyvinylidene fluoride), DMAc, CaCO3,PVP.
In this experiment, with PVDF as raw material, carbonate/polyvinylidene fluoride hybrid membrane was made by using dry- wet spinning process.

The use of appropriate corrosionresistant
coatings on metallic components can minimize material degradation and extend
component life.
The degradation of materials were observed in the depth of about 100 µm for the sulphidation under ps2= 10-8 atm and occurred along the dendrite boundaries.
Summary In the course of investigation it was stated that the result of the sulphidation process for multicomponent and inhomogeneous material is difficult to predict on the base of binary phase diagram.

Journal of Materials Sciences, Vol. 33 (1998), p. 2617-2628.

Lower flow front temperature will affect the melt material liquidity, make the filling difficult and affect the appearance of product.
(a) (b) (c) (a - plan 1; b - plan 2; c - plan 3) Fig.3 Flow front temperature We can see from the graph: the third plan in the three plans has the minimum flow front temperature, and the front melt with the mold filling process has little cross-linking reactions, therefore it is not easy to produce weld marks in meeting point of flow materials and affect the quality of products.
In this temperature range, the melt material has better liquidity, so the mold filling process can completed smoothly.
