Abstract.
MHMRS applied in coal safety engineering should be subject to the following process: 1) Formulated the task.
The key tasks are to fully survey and map the laneway structure including the position of the equipments, and save the information.
Image materials could be transferred to the ground via network for the purpose of judging any field violation, predicting disaster and taking correct measures by computer graphic recognition method or expert on the ground.
Instant rescue must be composed of diversiform robots according to the task demands, such as: personnel searching robots, communication robots, robots for succor material supplying, ambulance transport robots and robots for leading the personnel.

Materials and Methods Isolation of P-solubilizing microorganisms bacterial strains isolated from the Dongxiang wild rice samples were screened on modified Pikovskaya’s(PKV)agar medium [19] which contained (L-l): 10 g glucose; 5 g Ca3 (PO4)2; 0.2 g KCl; 0.5 g (NH4)2SO4; 0.2 g NaCl; 0.1 g MgSO4 7H2O; 0.002 g MnSO4·H2O; 0.002 g FeSO4·7H2O and 15 g agar; The pH was adjusted to 7.0 before autoclaving.
Moreover, the development of stress tolerant crop varieties through genetic engineering is a long drawn process, whereas microbial (PGPB) inoculation to alleviate stresses in plants could be available in a shorter time frame.
