This is achieve using a semiconductor material which produce free electrons or holes when expose to UV radiation.
Due to growing interest in UV detector, various materials have been tried by researchers to improve its efficiency.
Saturation in resistance value is observed after the sensor exposed above 4 min under UV light to indicate the maximum amount of free electrons released by incident photon is reached Acknowledgement The author also would like to acknowledge Microwave Technology Centre (MTC), Faculty of Electrical Engineering, UiTM, NANO-SciTech Centre (NST), Institute of Science, UiTM and Faculty of Applied Sciences, UiTM for use of the characterizations facility.

Cu is a metal with wide applications in microelectronics and it has drawn increasing attention as an alternative to Al alloys as the metallization materials for microelectronic devices, because of its low resistivity (1.63 µΩ·cm), high and stress migration resistance, and high melting point.
High pure Cu (99.999 %) was used as source material, and it was heated at above 1800 oC.

Up to now for to, the research related to high current density MAG welding and DCEN MAG welding still has been lack of the thorough study. The stability of MAG arc is relatively weak compared with non-consumable gas arc shielded welding, for which includes many factors: welding parameters, shielded gas component, welding wire material and diameter, wire extension, wire melting, droplet transfer etc.
Wire is cold cathode materials, and cathode drop is much higher than anode[2].

Introduction
Important parameters identified that influence the surface quality generated during lapping process
for a given workmaterial with given abrasive (material and grain size) are the lapping speed, the
lapping load and the abrasive, concentration [1,2].

Advanced cellulose function material, such as photoelectric materials, hybrid materials, biomedical materials and intelligent materials, has becoming the hot research area for the past few years.
It can offer a direct method for studying water behavior in cellulosic materials.
The length of linear cellulose chains expressed in the degree of polymerization (DP), varies with the origin and treatment of the cellulose materials.
In the early studies, different theories about the water sorption in wood materials were proposed.
