Similar to flowlines of pipelines, subsea risers which are either flexible or rigid conduit systems whose primary function are to transport produced hydrocarbons and production materials such as injection fluids, gas lift etc. [3].
In other words, subsea risers which are insulated to minimize the effects of hydrate plugs and wax build-ups due to freezing seafloor temperatures are conduit pipes used for conveying materials from the seafloor and drilling facilities atop the production platform [4].

Cemented mortar generally mixes by six materials, such as cement, fly ash, sand, bentonite, water-reducing and water.
However, the materials are feed by locally close to project site, which leads to grout flow performance changing with sources of raw material.
The experimental materials include ordinary Portland cement, three-grade fly ash, fine sand, bentonite, and water-reducing retarder.
Cemented mortar can be established by five ratios of six mixed materials.

Searching alternative sources of nature sand and using local materials according to its characteristics was already on the agenda.
Ceramic products as well as sand and stone belong to silicate materials.
The different influence of recycled ceramic sand and nature sand to cement based materials is similar to that of crushed stone and pebbles.
And it brings both advantages and unfavorable effects to cement base materials.
However, engineering materials require more amounts and costs much.

Texture is one of the most fundamental structural parameters in all polycrystalline materials.
For development of new materials with improved mechanical properties, texture optimization becomes increasingly important [4].
Grain orientations, in area adjacent to the contact surface, have an effect on the friction and wear behavior of materials being in contact.
In bcc materials shear stresses are one of the main cause of the formation {011}<100> Goss texture [10,11].
