In [8], Liu et al. determined the dimensions and constructed the locally
supported bases for the C1 cubic spline space and its subspaces with boundary conditions over
a non-uniform type-2 triangulation. In this paper, we are aimed to study bivariate C1 cubic spline spaces S1,0
3 (∆CT) and S1,1
3 (∆CT)
with homogeneous boundary conditions over a CT triangulation ∆CT, where ∆CT (Figure 2)
is introduced by Clough and Tocher originally in [9], is a kind of remarkable refinement in the
relative literature.
For a representative boundary vertex v0 := (x0, y0), let eL := vLv0 and eR := v0vR be the two boundary edges emanating from it, where vL := (xL, yL) and vR := (xR, yR) are the left and right neighboring points, respectively.

Firstly, the elastic stiffness matrix terms ijC will be computed, which make the young modulus iE ,
poisson ratio ijµ and shear elastic modulus ijG necessary and they are shown as follows:
Table 1: The elastic constants of woods
wood tensity EL ER ET TGL RGL TRG RTµ LRµ LTµ
Oak 660 53 21.4 9.7 7.6 12.9 3.9 0.3 1.217 0.411
Beech 750 137 22.4 11.4 10.6 16.1 4.6 0.527 1.189 0.826
The elastic stiffness matrices of Oak can be computed with those parameters.

Jiahua Pan, Yan Zheng et al have proposed that climate migration is a behavior of population migration arising from climate change and climatic policies [5].
Here, climate migration not only refers to permanent population migration and the rebuilding of socioeconomic systems due to gradually delayed climate risks, such as sea level rise, glacier melting and resource depletion (irreversible desertification or stony desertification, soil erosion, prolonged drought), but also covers extremely sudden disastrous climate risks, such as El Nino, drought, flood, hurricane, storm tide, scorching and heat wave weather, chilling snowstorm weather, sandstorm and other climatic disasters.
