Abstract.
Ferrous materials and titanium alloys are high sensitive to ASB due to their high strength and low heat conductivity and the adiabatic shear band featured with “light and white” were frequently observed in these materials.

Materials and Methods
Materials.
SPJ-40 experimental twin-screw extruder: De Ai Food Science & Technology Co., Ltd.
Within a certain range when material feeding rate increased, the filling materials in tube raised too, which leaded to increasing the extrusion and shearing action.
The evenly and smooth surface texture of raw materials was changed into sheets after the extrusion which was beneficial to the flavonoids extraction.
This pretreatment of extrusion process has great effect on the increase of extraction rate of flavonoids which is from the fiber materials.
