Due to the collaboration of the Department of Structural Mechanics, Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava with the Institute of the Building Construction and Architecture of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, wide experimental investigation of the reinforced concrete frames subjected to seismic load had been arranged.

1 Introduction
With features of light weight, low cost and simple construction, truss structure is playing an increasingly important role in the engineering and applied science, which is widely used in the fields of mechanical engineering, bridge designing, architectural structures and high voltage distribution network construction.
The material properties of square steel are as follows: E = 206GPa, μ=0.3 ρ=7850kg/m3 Where E is the elastic modulus, μ is the Poisson's ratio and ρ is the density.

it is can be find that the loss of the tensile strength for the concrete without mixture material is the most, which is achieved 60.92%, tensile strength of the 5th group and the 16th group loses respectively are 16.42%, 14.42%.
