Desiccants are materials, which can attract and hold moisture; for example, the silica gel can hold moisture equal to about 20% of its dry weight, desiccant wheel that held a large amount of silica gels or other desiccants are very useful in meeting the latent load of moist air.

Abstract: In order to investigate the optimal water-saving and high-efficient irrigation patterns of winter wheat in North China Plain, during 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 winter wheat growing seasons, 3 irrigation treatments were conducted, i.e., irrigated 120 mm only at jointing stage (T1), irrigated 120 mm only at heading stages (T2), and irrigated 60 mm each at jointing and heading stages (T3), respectively, to study the effect of deficit irrigation on root-shoot development and grain yield of winter wheat in North China Plain.
Hence, how to improve water use efficiency of winter wheat in this region is the key of stable and high grain yield.

Abstract.
The social system and policy orientation under this goal not only pay attention to the care of social vulnerable groups and pursue the inclusiveness of development, but also pay attention to rights equality and freedom adequacy; not only pay attention to material support to the vulnerable groups, but also pay attention to the improvement of people’s moral and the perfection of human nature.
Identification of the object and goal of re-development is the key issue of re-development, and relates to whether the project of re-development of urban old settlements benefits the public social interest.
Conclusion The re-development of urban old settlements is a wide and complicated system engineering, and a focused and comprehensive social problems in transition period.
