In fact the reductions of water and energy consumptions are key elements in a process development for their economical and environmental impacts [2-4].
If F (Kg/h), represents the mass of plant material processed per hour of extraction, a solid waste of approximately the same mass will be generated.
This shows that the combustion of plant material waste generated by an essential oil extraction process is able to provide the necessary heat process.
Considered mobile unit and its autonomy of energy and water consumption, it is possible to process directly the plant material on the culture fields, thus avoiding its transport and storage.

Abstract.
Considering the harm of the biochemical terror to person in buildings, American LBNL (Lawrence Berkeley National Lab) has done a lot of work on biochemical material properties, influence of internal security made by indoor and outdoor terrorist poison gas, and the numerical simulation and experimental research about poison gas diffusion and transmission in large space building [1-4].
According to the engineering practice, supply air volume chooses 40m3/(m2h), fresh air rate chooses 0.3.
Therefore, when the emergencies of poison gas happen in the public large space buildings installed the central air conditioning system, discovering poison gas and closing central air conditioning air system is the key to preventing and reducing poison gas harm in time.
