Removal of Strontium Ions from Aqueous Solution by Adsorption onto Sodium Trititanate Whisker Zulei Zhang and Lei Li School of biology and Chemical Engineering, Jiaxing University, Jiaxing 314001, China Keywords: Solid-phase extraction; Sodium trititanate whisker; Sr(II); Adsorption; Thermodynamics Abstract.
In this study the feasibility of using STW as porous material to remove strontium from aqueous solutions is estimated.
Sodium trititanate whisker (STW) is a special member of new high-tech composite materials with excellent ability to endure high temperature, high fever.
Since the adsorption materials play a very important role in SPE, the current researches in SPE are mainly focused on the development of new sorbents and new methods.
Sodium trititanate whisker (Shanghai whisker composite material Ltd.) was activated with 3.0 mol/L HNO3.

Introduction The polyacrylic acid sizing material is currently one of the top three sizing materials in textile industry, and its different compositions will bring different sizing performances for sizing Terylene or Cotton, especially for the adhesion force between sizing agents and fibers [1,2].
Besides sizes constitute, the key factors which affect adhesion force between sizes and fibers also include the molecular structure of sizes, binding strength between macromolecules of sizes, sizes fluidity and so on.[3].
Experiment Experimental materials: self-made polyacrylic acid sizing agents which called SW.

These fluctuations are attributed to shock interactions with materials interfaces.
These studies have Heat Conduction Mass Flux Heat Flux Chemical Reaction Localized Heating Interface Applied Load Gas Solid (Heated) Solid (Cold) Contact Stress Pore Collapse Shear Banding Friction provided significant information to better understand physical processes in shocked heterogeneous materials, but the technique are not practical for large scale engineering calculations even with today's parallel computers .
Materials data are those for RDX in [4].
In such an environment averaged field quantities are inadequate to describe initiation, failure, and growth of energetic materials.
However, there is much to be improved before the new approach will become suitable for engineering calculations.
