The SiC JBS devices have been fabricated at Science and Technology on Monolithic Integrated Circuits and Modules Laboratory, using 4H-SiC epitaxial layers provided by CETC 55.
Further study is to optimize the fabrication in order to get a lower reverse leakage and higher forward current.[4] Acknowledgment We would like to thank all the members of wide band department and Science and Technology on Monolithic Integrated Circuits and Modules Laboratory.

Abstract Attempts to enhance dispersion degree of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (CNT) in nitrile rubber (NBR) matrix, and to improve the NBR-CNT interaction were carried out by different approaches, namely, sonication and chemical treatments of CNTs with nitric acid (HNO3), nitric-sulfuric acid mixture (HNO3/H2SO4) and potassium permanganate (KMnO4).
