Abstract
This study addresses past, current and future development of the wind electrical power
industry, that began prior to 1890 in Cleveland, Ohio and Askov, Denmark.
The International IEEE Wind Energy Community of Practice (IEEE WECP) The Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), www.ieee.org , is the largest technical society in the world addressing electrical engineering, power electronics, computing and information technology and telecommunications, control systems, and engineering management.
As explained above, wind energy electricity generation is a complex technological system drawing on multiple scientific and engineering principles from a variety of disciplines.

This process is rated as the most frustrating aspect of an engineer’s design activities [3].
It is also estimated that more than 75% of engineering design activity is reuse of previous design knowledge to address a new design problem [3].
Engineers can easily modify the parameters defined. 4.
The reference could be 30A60N5V_XXXX, were 30A represents the abrasive material, 60 – grain (medium), N – strength (medium), 5 – structure (medium), V – binder (ceramic), XXXX – dimensions.

Introduction
Reactive powder concrete (RPC) is an innovative material that has established itself in the field of civil engineering, as well as in mechanical manufacturing.
The metakaolin used is obtained after the calcination of a kaolin supplied by the company of Ceramic earthenware unit Khemis Khechna "Zetchi".
