Abstract: With Chinese construction industry into the digital age.
Therefore, to realize the integration of BIM in the whole life cycle of production and management of engineering data, the advanced design and advanced nature, it is extremely important for Chinese LA to precondition to establish this understanding.
BIM technology lead the construction of information technology to a higher level, and it will be considered that BIM technology have incalculable effects for the construction industry science and technology progress, especially it will greatly enhance the degree of integration of building engineering.
Tsinghua University has completed Chinese Building Information Modeling Standard Framework (CBIMS)[[] BIM Research Group, Research on Chinese Building Information Modeling Standard Framework, Journal of Information Technology in Civil Engineering and Architecture, 2010,(6),1-5. ].
MA thesis, Beijing Forestry University, MA. ] For instance,SOHO China Company have used the BIM technology in the architectural design, engineering construction, landscapes, the budget process.

Keywords: ZnO nanopowders, Methanol alcoholysis method, Luminescent Properties.
Introduction Zinc oxide (ZnO) is an important industry material and applied in plastic, rubber, sensor and the luminescent display device, etc.
ZnO is also regarded as the new-generation optoelectronic material, which has enormous development potential in these fields: the surface of acoustic wave (SAW), transparent electrode, luminescent device, etc.
ZnO materials prepared by the different methods have the different generated mechanism and the different final product performance.
Zinc acetate (Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O, Shanghai qingxi), methanol (CH3OH, Shanghai No.1 Reagent Factory), aluminum nitrate 9-hydrate (Al(NO3)3·9H2O, Tianjin Fengchuan Chemical Reagent), ethanol (CH3CH2OH, AR, Shanghai jiuyi), indium chloride (InCl3, Aladdin Reagent) were used as starting materials.

Abstract With the increasing deepening of the development of the environmental landscape design, the social orientation and utility properties of the design highlights gradually and people increasingly attach more and more importance to the economic factors in design.
There have also been only very few materials found out by searching by Baidu, Google and other search engines, which indicates this field has not been studied in depth really.
It is easier to succeed and achieve benefit maximization by entering a new area of relatively few competitors and relatively low design defense ability and pressure than forcibly entering the landscape design or environmental art and engineering design and other relatively mature areas.
The article production methods, materials and constructions, and acceptance are the tangible design values.
The environmental art relatively has recurring basis and conditions due to the construction cycles and the properties of the materials.

Abstract.
While significant advances have been made in stimulating the precipitation hardening response through, for example, the introduction of matrix dislocations and/or the presence of one or more microalloying additions, the precise mechanisms responsible for enhancing the number density of key strengthening phases have yet to be identified.

One of the key ideas of the solver is to compute perturbations of potentials due to the
presence of the crack.
Therefore, this study assumes that crack regions have a uniform conductivity that ranges from 0 to 50% of that of the base material.
Also, this study assumes that the conductivity inside a crack region is uniform and ranges from 0 to the 50% of that of the base material with 1% pitch.

Abstract:Humankind simmered with limitless appetency but never satisfied entirely, the weakness of humanity is too much appetency, whether for human’s survive or for development.
From the stone labor tools[6] of hominid used about 200 to 300 million years ago to the numerical control machine tools used today, the development of labor tools run through the flowing long river of human history, bringing together the knowledge from multidisplinary, such as materials, mechanics, kinematics, technics, electronics, communications, control, computer networks[7] etc., as well as the human’s knowledge like history, geography, philosophy, law and rule, psychics, organizational behavior and genetics etc., many factors among those derived from the actuation of humanity, become the foundation and support of the development of human’s machinery, but the humanity develops toward future with the time flowing on, humanity will has unpredictability inevitably[8], in order to make more contribution to the development of society and the development of machinery, it is very important to look for the relationship between humanity and the development of machinery.
Human’s needs began to pay more attention to the spiritual realm[14] and not so much to material as before gradually, they want to have more time for entertainment, communication, rest, foster next generation and so on, all these can be true based on they enough time without necessary of working and ensurence of survival. in order to libetate humankind from heavy labor and bring more free time, stable breeding appeared to supply fixed meat food sources, early crops planted to offer fixed food sources of provision, plow as animal drived farm tools produced then[15].
After long-term fight against nature, human’s intelligence, experience and material wealth increasrd constantly with the strength of their ability of adapting to nature and changing nauture.
Legal system of individual idea changed into general public’s idea gradullly, early legal system include criminal law, civil law and commercial law being extended enlarged to every areas of human’s activities, Producers, tools, technology, materials and so on all covered by law and criteria, there are regional, industrial or international standards for the name, specifications, function, characteristics, using method, maintenance etc. of production tools little by little.
