Materials and Methods The heartwood of Japanese Sugi(Cryptomeria japonica D.Don)was selected with the age of 135a, average absolute dried specific gravity of 0.32 g/cm3 and average annual growth rings of 2.2mm.
The specimens with length of 50mm ( radial), width of 3mm(tangential), thickness of 10mm(longitudinal)were prepared with the wood flooring materials oven-dried under high temperature of 140, 160, 180℃ respectively with 100% RH, then were weighted and conditioned in the desiccator at 20℃ which contain sulfuric acid in the bottom with different concentrations.

Fermented liquid, the liquid residue of fully fermented livestock manure and other organic materials under anaerobic conditions [1], contains not only N, P and K nutrition but also rich humic acid, organic matter, amino acid, growth hormone and probiotics.
The mineral elements in the starting materials take parts in the microbial metabolism during the fermentation, but they are kept in the residue at last.

Compare with x-ray diffraction method where the interaction occurs between the electrons in the surface materials by x-ray.
In order to study the transient materials behavior, the neutron diffraction measurement were performed underneath the tool shoulder during FSW.
