As the temperature rises, the PEEK loses some of its properties, for example, the modulus of elasticity, strength, but the range of operating temperatures for PEEK in the short-cycle process is wider than for other thermoplastic materials.
As for short-term thermal stability, PEEK is at the level of the most stable materials – polyethersulfones, the destruction of which is ~ 1%when heated to 420-430 °C.
Discussion of the Results Because of the high melting point, PEEK is processed by extrusion at temperatures of 370-380 °C, by casting at 380-400 °C, and the production of thefilled composite materials requires even higher processing temperatures.

The former, such as Chinese Ⅱ type flame retardant polyether, 601 type polyether, makes materials flame retardant by a chemical reaction.
Adding phosphorus and halogen to the isocyanate can also make materials flame retardant.
The latter is to add flame retardant to the materials.
The materials above were thoroughly mixed with an electric mixer at high speed.

To reduce the density of cementitious material, which is by increasing the aggregate-cement ratio and adding materials that are lower in density than that of cement.
Raw materials.
Considering that insulation mortar is mainly used as heat preservation materials, it’s thermal conductivity is the major advantage, compressive strength follows, and thermal conductivity is closely related to density.

In design, the good steady stiffness and dynamic characteristics, the little distortion, properly preferred material and good process ability of product structure were emphases to consider.
Under the condition of guaranteed enough stiffness and intensity, the design of structure should be reduced it's weight in order to save material , increase bearing capacity and decrease manufacturing cost based on it's volume is very big.
The types of element, the real constant and the attribute of material were including in the setting parameter of finite element model.
